Different Software, Same Laser

I would like to know what the different options are for the Wavelight Allegretto laser.
How many different software options are there for planning the treatment?
What exactly are the parameters that the Doctor has the option to change before treatment for each of those?

I would like some clarification about how the same laser can do wavefront optimized, wavefront guided, or "conventional" Lasik.
