HELP FINDING A DR??

I am age 59. Not sure if I have cataracts along with my years of poor vision.
My glasses feel like I am in prison.
My reasearch is zooming in on Dr. [RF] in Lombard, Illinois.

Has anyone gone to him for Lasik/cataract?? Any information???
