Considering how high your hyperopia (farsighted, longsighted) vision was, this is a reasonable result. You are now down to a level of hyperopia that is more likely to get you to plano (no refractive error). The target should be the cyclopegic refraction and probably to put you slightly into myopia (nearsighted, shortsighted) vision.

Don't be in a rush for enhancement surgery. Hyperopic laser correction is notorious for regression.
