stars and halos

Postby daniel » Sat Apr 19, 2008 8:04 pm

I had lasik over 3 years ago. my stars and halos never went away. ive been looking for answers this whole time. so far my dr. that did the surgery prescribed me with alphagan. its a medication for glaucoma patients. it reduces the size of my pupils at night. it works, but im building a tolerance to it and its VERY expensive. 110$ for a 10ml bottle. no ins of course. it also is causing side effects that are uncomfortable..fatigue, dry mouth, burning red dry eyes. is there anything else i can do. surgery? different meds. glasses. anything? this is a HUGE problem for me.

You may want to check if furthor surgery may help

RGPs have a good chance at helping. They hard part is finding someone to perfect the fit. I know, you got the surgery so you don't have to wear contacts. I got RGPs and they do help me
