Myopic and Hyperopic, 4 months after Lasik

I had custom LASIK 4 months ago and just came back from my post-op.

Before the Lasik surgery, I was -5.25 with -0.50 astigmatism (Right) and -6.75 with -1.25 astigmatism (Left). And now I am -0.25 with -0.50 astigmatism (Right) and +.50 with -1.25 astigmatism (Left)

My doctor suggested me to get a pair of glasses and wait a few months before deciding whether to have an enhancement.

Is this a sign of complication? I am concerned about keratoconus because I only have about 520 corneal thickness before the surgery. Is my vision going to improve over time? Thanks.
