Just had the enhancement...

and.....

20/20. Both eyes. The one day check up..and I'm 20/20 in both. I can see anything I want to look at.

I do need reading glasses, but not for the computer. I am seeing fine now!!!!


What a change from 3 months ago!

Were you still nearsighted after the initial surgery or were you overcorrected (farsighted)?

I was still blurry after the first as I think I was undercorected. Or, maybe my eyes didn't respond well to the monovision correction. My left eye was corrected to -1.50 and it just wasn't working for me, so I had that corrected for far vision, and had the right one corrected as well. It was testing at 20/40 which the doctor said was "correctable" with another surgery. I am just so relieved to be able to see. I'm only 5 days out, so still healing and probably will be having even better vision later on :)

Another thought on this...if I was overcorrected, i don't believe I would have been able to have another correction, but I might be wrong on that.

had retreatment done for right eye, which had healed at -1 post 1st surgery, 10 days ago....now I am seeing better than 20/20, even I had a little apprehensions going for it second time but I am so glad it worked out for you as well as me....congrats!!!!
