I buy mine at a health food store. It is in the refridgerator and it's cold pressed. It tastes like vegetable oil. I take mine with orange juice. It's not that bad.

The health food department of many grocery stores and drug stores usually carry flax seed oil. It is available in liquid, gel cap, and capsule form. Liquid is refrigerated because it can deteriorate.

What dosage of the flax seed oil do you take each day? Do you just take the normal dose listed on the container, or more?

The Local Rite-Aide by me has it in pint bottles. Maybe if you have a Rite-aida by you they might have or probably quickly get it.
