Old man continues to heal :-)

Postby Ted61 » Mon Apr 30, 2007 4:06 am

It's been a little over 7 weeks and I continue to make small amounts of progress. I still use artificial tears quite often as my eyes are still quite dry. Does anyone else have eyes that really seem to tire at night? Also, I notice that under low light conditions, focusing is a bit of a problem - it may just be the lack of contrast. I have never heard of anyone my age undergoing LASIK - anyone out there 61 years or older?

You're healing better then I am, and I'm less then half your age.

Since 60 is the new 40, I don't know that you can claim to be old anymore.

Temporary dry eyes after Lasik is somewhat common and is usually treated with artificial tears until healing is completed. Keep your doctor (and us) infomed of your progress.
