Regression problems

Postby elzayath » Sun Jan 06, 2008 1:32 pm

I had a Lasik surgery a month ago. One day after the surgery, I was 20/20 in the right eye but had ghosting in the left eye. Now, one month later, my left eye is good for distance but not clear for close-up. My right eye is good for close-up, but rather poor for distance. Can I expect some improvements in both eyes with healing?

At one month postop your eyes may continue to change.

What is your age?

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I am 47 years old. I have done the Dominant Eye Test mentioned in your website and found that my dominant eye is the right one.

Monovision?? maybe

Some doc's do mono without asking the patient I read. Could you be one. If your right eye was not near vision , would you like both like the left corrected for distant, and not see near? Just kicking it around, not sure what your surgeon had in mind! Do you know? If both were to be fixed for distant? Bobster.........
