What is the largest PRK decentration ever recorded in history, in millimeters? Are there any records kept by any entity as to complication rates? If so, by whom? If not, why not? Are these rates recorded in FDA clinical trial data for each laser device approved? The FDA currently lists 15 approved devices. If you had PRK in one eye resulting in a 2mm decentration, would you proceed to the second eye? What is the largest PRK decentration ever recorded in history, in millimeters?
