Blinking

I notice a distinct difference between the left and right eyes from blinking. Blinking makes the left eye clearer, which stays good most of the time. Blinking makes the right eye blurrier, especially after instilling eyedrops. It almost seems like the surface of my right cornea is unstable. Is this from dry eye?
