Central Island and corneal topography

I had lasik about 2 years ago and have been stuck with a central island in my left eye ever since. Does anyone know if topography assisted lasers are available yet in the US? I can't wait to be able to see normally in my left eye. I'd call my surgeon but I think I'm done talking to him.
