One can say that it is always too soon for enhancement surgery, and its never too late.
If the eyes are stable, enhancements can be performed. I personally believe two weeks is too soon for an actual enhancement. If you can handle the poor vision, I would recommend waiting until at least three months postop, but first ask your doctor why there is such a rush. There may be an important legitimate reason why a quick enhancement is better. When in doubt, wait. You can always have an enhancement later.
